Long Beach Dragon Boat Festival

Taking place tomorrow… July 30… the Long Beach Dragon Boat Festival is taking place, one of the most exciting events of the season. It starts at 1:30 pm, so get there around 1.  If you didn’t already know, dragon boat racing is when extremely huge and colorfully painted dragon shaped boats filled with LOTS of people race, and it is SO exciting. Even if you don’t know anybody racing, just pick your favorite boat and you have got a winner! Over 100 teams should be there and 2500 participants. Of course, there will also be food. Should be an exciting afternoon.
